Some people say life is like a box of chocolates. We think it should be like a really good bowl. Just throw in whatever you’re craving without hesitation, and then give it a good stir. The best part: every bowl is as unique as the person holding the spoon. To add your personal touch, you can choose from yogurt, applesauce, honey, apples, bananas, pears, oranges, chia seeds, cashews, walnuts, almonds, syrup, cornflakes, granola, and much more. Just the good stuff. Anything else doesn’t even make it into our bag… uh… bowl.

If Schulz is the heart of this hotel, then our breakfast is definitely the stomach—after all, as the saying goes, the way to the heart is through the stomach. We’re proud of our extensive breakfast buffet, which features plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. On our travels, we’ve discovered all sorts of ways to start the day. Inspired by markets, bazaars, and delicacies from different cultures, we’ve created a “best-of” breakfast that sparks curiosity and has something for everyone on the plate.
Our breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.!

Anyone who travels as much as we do has experienced, seen, and—of course—tasted a great deal. The way people enjoy breakfast around the world also varies from culture to culture. We’ve compiled the best and most exciting aspects of these experiences into our books and brought them back home to the Schulz Hotel. Delicacies like our homemade hummus, an unforgettable papaya-mango dip, or sophisticated breakfast tapas —all souvenirs in the form of international recipes that we’ve brought back for you. Of course, the classics are a must. You can look forward to fresh fruit, granola, eggs prepared in various ways, sausage & cheese, as well as a variety of juices, coffee, and tea. A full serving of good-morning cheer, in other words. But since some of our guests are only half-sized, breakfast is free for children under 3 and available at a reduced price for minors.
